You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods. We will refund all payments, minus delivery costs, within this period. The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. The refund will be made using the same means of payment as for the original transaction. However, we may refuse to refund until you have returned the goods. Please note that the right of cancellation does not apply to custom-made goods or sealed goods whose seal has been removed after delivery (e.g. earrings ) if return is not possible for reasons of health protection or hygiene.
